This dish also known as Som Tom Pattaya in Thai.
Serves : 6-8
Ingredients :
(A)
250g unripe papaya, shredded (you can pick the papaya that has an orangey flesh to give added color)
25g pickled leek, sliced finely
1 onion, shredded finely
1 clove garlic, sliced thinly
1 tablespoon dried shrimps, soaked, drained and chopped
7-8 coriander leaves, chopped
6 chili padi, chopped
½ tomato (unripe), seeded and sliced thinly
Dressing (combine)
2 tablespoons fish sauce (nampla)
3 tablespoons lime juice
50g sugar or to taste
1 teaspoon sesame oil
dash of pepper
