1/2 can corn kernels
1 tablespoon green peas
1 tablespoon each of diced red and yellow peppers
1 tablespoon chopped spring onion
1 tablespoon diced fresh mushroom
Marinade
Pinch of cornflour, salt and monosodium
Glutamate (MSG)
1 teaspoon egg white
Seasoning
1/4 teaspoon salt
Pinch of msg, pepper and sugar
1 teaspoon cornflour
1 teaspoon sesame oil
2 tablespoon water
Method :
Devein prawns, wash and drain. Then combine with Marinade and let stand for 5 minutes.
Heat 3 cup oil in a wok. Deep fry marinated prawns over low heat until they turn red. Remove prawns drain and set aside.
Pour out all but 1 tablespoon of oil from wok. Stir fry Ingredients (A) briefly. Add in prawns and seasoning. Stir fry over high heat until the flavour of the sauce is absorbed. Dish up and serve.
