Ingredients :
500g dried noodles
8-10 cups water
2 teaspoons salt
250g prawns, shelled, deveined and diced
1 tablespoon cornstarch
250g pork, cut into small strips
250g spinach, discard stalks and cut leaves into 8cm sections
2 stalks spring onions (use white part only; chop)
11/2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 dessertspoon rice wine
a dash pepper
3 tablespoons cooking oil
