Summer Shiitake Mushroom

6-8 fresh shiitake mushroom (slice the big ones into halves)
Appropriate amount of vegetarian stock
Side ingredients
1 small chilli (diced)
3 basil
2-3 lemon leaves (shredded)
50g red pepper (diced)
50g green pepper (diced)
50g yellow pepper (diced)
A little hair like seaweed
Seasoning 3 teaspoons vegetarian butter
2 teaspoons sugar
A little vegetarian oyster sauce
2 teaspoons Maggie sauce
Method :
Melt the butter, add in the side ingredients and fry till fragrant.
Add in the mushroom and fry quickly till evenly mixed.
Subsequently, add in the stock, then add in Maggie sauce, sugar and oyster sauce and mix well.
Simmer for about 6 minutes till the sauce is dried.
Cooking tips :
Japan shiitake mushroom would be tastier.
Maggie sauce can be replaced by dark soy sauce.
Adding too much stock would cause the sauce to be unable to thicken.
