Clean brinjals. Cut into 5-7 cm lengths. Slice each into two.
Soak dried prawns for a few minutes. Drain.
Method :
Heat oil in a frying pan.
Add pounded chili, preserved soya bean paste and dried prawns. Stir till fragrant.
Add brinjals. Stir, cover frying pan. Stir now and then until cooked. Serve.
