300g young spinach
40g dried prawns
2 shallots
2 rice bowls water
4 tablespoons oil
pepper
salt
Preparation :
Wash and drain spinach.
Wash and drain dried prawns.
Slice shallots.
Method :
Fry shallots in oil until transparent.
Add dried prawns, stir for a while, then add water. Bring to boil
Add spinach and salt and pepper to taste. Simmer until limp but do not over cook. Serve.
