3 tablespoons freshly squeezed lime or lemon juice
1 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon minced red chili
1 tablespoon thinly sliced garlic
1 tablespoon thinly sliced shallots
1 tablespoon minced coriander leaves (cilantro)
