Beef Dices in French Style
Ingredients
300g imported beef fillet
¾ teaspoon crushed black pepper
1 teaspoon crushed garlic
A pinch of celery garlic
A pinch of carrot dices
1 teaspoon wine
Marinade
1/3 teaspoon granulated sugar
1 tablespoon fish gravy
1 tablespoon oil
1 teaspoon caltrop starch
A pinch of pepper
Sauce Ingredients
¼ teaspoon dark soy sauce
¼ teaspoon cornflour
1 tablespoon water
Method for Cooking Beef Dices in French Style:
Wipe dry fillet. Cut into cubes. Add marinade ingredients. marinate for 10 minutes. Scald in warm oil. Dish up and drain well.
Heat 1 tablespoon of oil. Sauté crushed garlic until fragrant. Return fillet. Sizzle wine and stir fry. Add sauce ingredients, celery dices, carrot dices and crushed black pepper. Stir well. Dish up.
