Marinade (mixed)
150g garlic, ground
150g shallot, ground
100g coriander leaves, chopped
2 teaspoons five spice powder
Salt to taste
Method :
Mix chicken with marinade ingredients and marinate for 20 minutes. Stuff a little marinade ingredients into chicken. Rub skin with a little soya sauce and hang up to dry.
Preheat oven. Roast chicken at 200ºC until golden brown and cooked. Remove, cut into serving pieces and serve.
