Chicken Kerabu with Coconut

Assembling time : 15 minutes
Ingredients :
300g boneless chicken meat, steamed
500g cabbage, cut into squares
2 shallots, thinly sliced
2 tablespoons lime juice
1 tablespoon Sambal Belachan
1 teaspoon salt
65ml fresh coconut cream
Method :
Cut the steamed chicken into cubes.
Blanch the cabbage by placing it in a colander and pouring hot water over it. The cabbage should remain crisp. Drain well.
Combine the shallots, Sambal Belachan, lime juice and salt in a large bowl, then add the chicken and cabbage. Stir in the coconut cream and serve with steamed rice.
