For an informal baebecue or picnic, serve crunchy horseradish-spiked coleslaw.
Serves : 8-10
Ingredients :
12 cups shredded cabbage (green, red or some of each)
3/4 cup each sliced celery and green onions (including tops)
11/4 cups mayonnaise
1 tablespoon mustard seeds
2 teaspoons each prepared horseradish and Worcestershire
3 tablespoons sweet pickle relish, drained
Salt and pepper

Method :
In a large bowl, mix cabbage, celery and onions. In another bowl, stir together mayonnaise, mustard seeds, horseradish, Worcestershire and relish.
Spoon dressing over cabbage mixture and mix well. Season to taste with salt and pepper. If made ahead, cover and refrigerate 4 to 6 hours. Serve.
