1 green pepper, chopped
1 red pepper, chopped
2 onions, peeled and chopped
1 red chili finely chopped
1 tin chickpea, drained and washed
2 garlic, chopped
4 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons vinegar1 teaspoon Tabasco
Salt and pepper
Method :
In a mixing bowl, put the chickpeas, red and green peppers, chopped chili, onions and garlic.
To make the dressing, mix the oil, vinegar, salt, pepper and Tabasco together.
