Cut cabbage stems slant-wise into pieces. Cut leaves into quarters. Soak dried prawns until soft.
Heat 3 tablespoons oil in a wok, add in dried prawns, cover and cook over high heat for 3 minutes. Add in cabbage, salt and stock. Stir well. cover and cook over high heat for 10 minutes. Thicken with corn flour solution, dish up and serve.
