Winter Melon and Dried Prawns

Remove skin, seeds and pith of winter melon, and cut into thick slices.
Soak dried prawns until soft.
Mix msg with 1 tablespoon water.
Heat 1½ tablespoon oil in a wok and sauté dried prawns until fragrant. Add in msg solution and stir briefly. Add in winter melon and enough water to cover the food. Simmer until the melon is soft. Sprinkle with salt, dish up and serve.
