Seasoning :
1 tablespoon red chilli (thinly sliced)
3 tablespoons soy sauce
* Vegetarian fish - Can be found at vegetarian stores or prepare at home using fuchook and flavoured tofu. The ingredients are cut into small pieces, wrapped with sea jelly and steamed before serving.
