Fried Abalone Mushrooms

1/2 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon sugar 1/4 teaspoon pepper
Method :
Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add abalone mushrooms and cook till soften.
Coat the mushrooms with corn flour.
Heat up oil in a saucepan over high heat, then deep fry coated abalone mushrooms till crispy. Remove the mushrooms to a serving dish.
Heat up a little bit of oil in a small saucepan. Add 1/2 bowl of water. With a small whisk, add in the flour to thicken the sauce. Taste and adjust the seasoning. Then either pour the sauce over the mushrooms or serve it together with the mushrooms.
