Fried Eggplant

Fried eggplants are soft, smooth and give wonderful smell. Simple, delicious dish.

Serves : 6

Ingredients :

400g eggplants

Seasoning :

1 tablespoon sou sauce

Method :

Cut the eggplant into 4 inches long.
Heat up frying oil in a large pan until it is hot. Then put in the eggplants and cook until golden brown. Dish out and set aside.
In a different pan, pour in soy sauce and add the fried eggplants and cook.
Dish up and serve hot.
