Ingredients :
250g raw fuchook* (cut into cubes)
10 mushrooms (soaked and diced)
2 tablespoons flour (add a little water and stir till thicken)
Seasoning :
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon soy sauce
*Wet fuchook - Available at wet markets. Similar to ordinary fuchook sold in shops and stores. The difference is wet fuchooks are sold before being thoroughly dried. Hence, do not last long. Normally sold in sheet form.
