Ingredients :
300g fresh and young Kai Lan (wash and cut)
4 slices fried bean curd sheet* (fuchook)
Seasoning :
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon sugar
*Wet fuchook - Available at wet markets. Similar to ordinary fuchook sold in shops and stores. The difference is wet fuchooks are sold before being thoroughly dried. Hence, do not last long. Normally sold in sheet form.
