Ingredients :
3 bowl rice
6 whole cloud ear fungus (soaked)
3 whole black mushroom (cut into half)
3 whole button mushroom (cut into half)
150g choy sum (cut into small pieces)
10 fried whole glutten*
10 slices vegetarian meat* (cut small)
1 slices fried fuchook (crushed)
Seasoning :
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon soy sauce
*Gluten - End staple of wheat flour. Rich with protein and truly appetizing. Ways to prepare : Add enough water and little salt to 1kg of wheat flour. Leave on for 2 hours. Wash dough under running water until water is clear. Leave aside in a little water for 1 to 2 hours. Cut into small pieces and fry.
*Vegetarian meat - Available at vegetarian stores. Made from steamed soya bean fibers and flour.
