Mushrooms Casserole

2 tablespoon green chili spice
100g green bean thread (soaked in hot water till soft and drained)
50g thick coconut milk
50g cloud ear fungus (soaked in hot water till soft and drained)
50g straw mushrooms (canned)
50g button mushtooms (canned)
50g pin mushrooms (canned)
Seasoning :
1/2 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon sugar
Method :
Heat up a little oil, saute green chilli spices till fragrant.
Pour in two cups of water. Add green bean thread. Pin mushrooms, cloud ear fungus, straw mushrooms, button and bring to boil.
Add seasoning and thick coconut milk and bring to boil.
Serve in casserole.
Remarks : The rich, earthly taste of this casserole are a mushroom lover's dream come true. Suitable to serve with rice or as an appetizer to a very festive meal.
