This dish is fragrant, slightly salty and spicy. Outside layer of bean curd is crispy while the feeling is tender. Easy to prepare and its delicious for the whole family.
Cut each bean curd into 6 small cubes, drain and coat with flour.
Heat up oil over high heat then stir-fry coated bean curd till golden brown. Dish out and set aside.
Using a dry saucepan under medium heat, add seasoning and sliced chillies, saute till fragrant. Add fried bean curd, stir-fry till everything is well mixed.
