20g roasted peanuts cloud ear fungus (soaked and sliced)
10 slices capsicum
6 slices tomato
Seasoning :
1/2 teaspoon dark soy sauce
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon sugar
10 whole dry red chillies (sliced)
*Vegetarian Squid - Available at vegetarian specialty stores. Made from flour and seasoning. Steamed and cut to desired sizes to suit individual cooking needs.
