Ingredients :
350g whole vegetarian fish* (sliced into thick segments)
80g tomatoes (sliced)
50g capsicum (sliced)
Seasoning :
1 tablespoon tomato sauce
1 tablespoon chilli sauce
1 tablespoon sugar
5 slices red chillies
*Vegetarian fish - Can be found at vegetarian stores or prepare at home using fuchook and flavoured tofu. The ingredients are cut into small pieces, wrapped with sea jelly and steamed before serving.
