Ingredients :
250g vegetarian breast chicken*
1 tablespoon ground black pepper
Seasoning :
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon sugar
1 tablespoon flour (mix with a little water)
*Vegetarian Chicken - Available at vegetarian stores. Usually sold in required cut-cup sizes. To attain a desirable golden roasted colour, just apply a thin coat of soy sauce before cooking.
