Mix prawns with seasoning and marinate for 20 minutes. Drain and sprinkle parmesan cheese on top. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 15 minutes or until the prawns are cooked and cheese turns to golden brown in colour. Remove.
Arrange baked prawns on a platter and garnish with avocado, fried chopped garlic and fried fermented soya bean. Serve.
