2 red chilies, finely chopped
1 large onion, chopped
185g prawns, shelled and deveined
30g dried prawns, (soaked, drained and pounded)
2 eggs, well beaten
125g bean sprouts, remove brown ends
2 tablespoons oyster sauce
185g roast pork, shredded
15g dried black mushrooms (soaked and drained; discard stems and shred)
5 tablespoons cooking oil
salt and pepper to taste
