1 garlic clove, crushed
21/2cm fresh root ginger, peeled and finely chopped

2 carrots, thinly sliced on the diagonal
1 small green pepper, pith and seeds removed and chopped
1 very small cauliflower, broken into small flowerets
50g bean sprouts
150ml Chicken stock
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 teaspoon soft brown sugar
