This easy to cook recipe can be prepared with either raw or cooked prawns.

900g cooked prawns in their shells
2 cloves garlic, crushed
2.5cm piece fresh ginger, finely chopped
1 tablespoon chopped fresh Chinese parsley (coriander)
3 tablespoons oil
1 tablespoon rice wine or dry sherry
11/2 tablespoons light soy sauce
Chopped spring onions to garnish
