Microwave Recipe : Sizzling Liver


Serve : 4
Preparation time : 10 minutes
Cooking time : 12 minutes
Standing time : 10 minutes


Ingredients :

200g pig's liver
80g spring onion

(A)
100g young ginger
11/2 teaspoon chopped garlic
1 tablespoon oil

(B)
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
1/3 cup water
1 teaspoon wine

 

  1. Slice liver thinly. Wash and cut spring onion into 2cm lengths. Slice ginger thinly.

  1. Combine ingredients A in a 16cm casserole and microwave on power HIGH for 31/2 minutes, uncovered.
  2. Add ingredients B and microwave on power HIGH for 1 minute. Set aside the cooked mixture.
  3. Preheat a BROWNING DISH on power HIGH for 8 minutes. Pour in cooked gravy mixture and liver, place spring onions on top of the liver and cover the browning dish.
  4. Let Sizzling Liver STAND for 10 minutes to finish cooking.
