Pluck leaves of matrimony vine and rinse. Boil salted egg, shell and dice. Shell century egg and dice. Rinse wolfberry fruits and set aside.
Heat up 1 tablespoon of oil and fry matrimony vine leaves till softened. Pour in stock and bring to a boil. Add in matrimony vine and season with salt. Add in salted and century eggs.
Beat eggs and pour into stock. Stir till the egg sets into thin shred and scatter with pepper. Serve.
