Beat eggs well with a fork and add seasoning ingredients and spring onion. Mix well and set aside.
Heat a flat pan or wok with half the oil and stir-fry garlic and minced dried radish for 1-2 minutes over low heat. Remove and stir into egg mixture.
Heat pan or wok again with remaining oil until hot. Pour in egg mixture and cook over low heat until lightly browned. Turn over and cook other side until lightly browned. Remove from heat and cut in slices or leave whole. Serve hot.
