Egg Foo-Yong With Ham

4 egg whites
2 slices (30g) ham
10g fried peanuts
1 Japanese cucumber
100ml fresh milk
Seasonings :
pinch of salt
pinch of pepper
Method :
Beat eggs white. Cut ham into slices. Remove membrane of peanuts. Remove seeds of cucumber and cut into small diamond shapes.
Heat up some oil. Add in ham and cucumber. Season with salt and fry till cooked. Remove and set aside.
Heat up oil again and pour in beaten egg white. Season with some salt and pepper. Fry briefly before adding in ham, cucumber, peanuts and fresh milk. Cook thoroughly over low heat. Dish out and serve.
