Potato Egg Salad

4 eggs
2 potatoes
some Chinese chives
6 tablespoon mayonnaise
some mustard
Seasonings :
Pinch of salt 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Method :
Boil eggs, shell and cut into pieces. Boil potatoes, peel and cut into pieces. Rinse chive and shop finely.
Mix mayonnaise and mustard into potatoes. Add in Seasonings and mix evenly before dishing out. Arrange eggs around potatoes and scatter chives on top. Serve.
