Steamed Meat With Salted Eggs Rice

Minced 1 salted egg yolk and mix well with minced pork belly. Blend in Seasonings, egg white and 1 tablespoon of water. Mix well and knead into 2 meat patties. Cut the other salted egg yolk into half and place each into the 2 meat patties.
Place meat patties on rice and steam over high heat for 10 minutes.
Scatter chopped spring onion and chillies and then serve.
Tips : The texture of the pork will be affected if it is over-minced. You may also serve the dish with carrot and broccoli.
