Stewed Eggs

Ingredients :

2 eggs
4 tablespoon sugar
120ml fresh milk
100 ml water

Method :

Beat eggs and mix well with sugar, fresh milk and water.
Filter egg mixture into a porcelain bowl.
Cover the bowl with an aluminum foil (shiny surface facing up) to prevent water droplets from dripping into the beaten egg during steaming.
Place porcelain bowl into a steamer pot and steam over low heat for 45 minutes.

Tips : Add a moderate amount of fruit jam for a more tangy flavour to improve your appetite.
