1 packet beehon (scald until soft)
300g prawns (steam and slice)
150g shallots (slice and season in lime juice for 15 limes)
300g skinned grated coconut (fry to make krisek)
5 lime leaves (cut finely)
1 small bowl sambal
salt to taste
mint leaves for garnishing
Method :
Place beehoon in a large container.
mix sambal with beehoon and all the other ingredients. Serve with mint leaves.
