Method :
Mix pork with spice, sugar, salt, soya sauce, cornflour, egg yolk, mengkuang and ma thai.
Wrap into rolls using tauhu puay.
Deep fry.
Serve with fried tau kua (soyabean cake), cucumber, prawn fritters and sauce.
Ingredients for sauce :
Grind 1 chilli, peanuts, garlic, and groundnut brittle. Mix with sugar, linseed, lime juice & bottled chilli sauce before serving.
Notes : To serve the next day- cook in microwave and then heat in toaster oven to make skin crispy.
