500g beef, sliced thinly
5 wongbok cabbage leaves, cut into strips
50g carrot, peeled and cut into strips
8 shiitake mushroom, cut into strips
6 spring onions, sectioned

3 tablespoons light soy sauce
2 tablespoons sake
1 tablespoons sugar
a few drop of sesame oil
2 teaspoon chopped garlic
a dash of pepper
Broth:
2.5 litres stock
4-5 tablespoons gochu jang ( korea hot chilli paste)
1 teaspoon chopped garlic
3 tablespoons light soy sauce
2 tablespoons sake
2 tablespoons mirin
salt to taste
a pinch of sugar
