Caviar & Seaweed Japanese Fried Rice |

Ingredients :
20g dried kelp strips
20g seaweed
30g salmon
1 bowl of white rice
2 eggs
Seasoning
Moderate amount of chicken seasoning powder
Moderate amount o salt
Moderate amount of pepper
Moderate amount of oil
Garnish
5g caviar
5g green seaweed powder

Method :
- Fry the salmon till cooked, add the white rice and stir-fry.
- Crack an egg onto the wok, gently use the fryer to mix the rice and egg together, in order wrapped by the egg.
- Add in dried seaweed, purple seaweed, chickening seasoning powder and pepper, stir-fry fragrant.
- Garnish with seaweed powder and caviar serve.
Cooking Tips :
- The caviar is being known as ‘soft gold', has it contains unsaturated fatty acids, proteins and minerals, which is good for the heart, brain add blood vessels.
- After cracking the egg, wait for a moment, let the egg white wrapped the rice, then crack the yolk using the fryer. Let the yolk wrapped over the egg white, so that every single grain of rice is golden in colour.
