11/2 cucumbers
2 eggs, hardboiled
150g fresh prawns
150g dried prawns
55g edible fungus
2 teaspoons shrimp paste (belacan)
1/2 tablespoon phaeomaria
1/2 bowl lime juice
sugar and salt to taste
Preparation :
Cut cucumber into quarters, remove core and dice.
Dice hardboiled eggs.
Cut dibble fungus into 2 cm squares.
Slice phaeomaria finely.
Wash and drain dried prawns, pound coarsely.
Shell fresh prawns, devein, wash and steam.
Method :
Combine lime juice, shrimp paste, dried prawns and phaeomaria in a bowl.
Add cucumber, eggs, fresh prawns and edible fungus. Mix well.
Add sugar and salt to taste. Serve.
