Pork Steamed with Salted Egg

1 salted egg
1 chicken egg
225g pork
pinch of pepper
5 tablespoons water
Preparation :
Clean pork and mince.
Break the minced pork, mix well with the eggs.
Add 5 tablespoons water to mixture and beat well.
Method :
Pour the pork and egg mixture into a deep steaming bowl. Cover with a plate to prevent water vapour from entering while steaming.
Add water to a pan, place the bowl of pork and egg mixture in the pot making sure water level is below bowl.
Cover pot and steam dish for 20 minutes.
Remove heat when cooked. Serve.
Note:
Test by pushing fork or chopstick into the mixture to see whether the dish is cooked.
