Preparation :

1. Cut pork into big cubes.
2. Cut soya bean cakes into quarters diagonally.
3. Remove shell of eggs.
4. Crush garlic with side of a cleaver. Leave garlic skin intact (optional)

Method :

1. Heat cooking oil in pot. Add garlic. Stir for a minute, the add pork and a little pepper.
2. Stir for two to three minutes. Add water and dark soya sauce. Stir slowly until sauce dissolves.
3. Add eggs, soya bean cakes, sugar and salt to taste. Boil for a few minutes, then simmer on low heat. Serve.
