Prawn Balls in Cabbage Soup

Shell prawns, wash , drain and mince. Add 1 tablespoon light soya sauce and pepper. Mix well. Make prawn balls.
Mince garlic.
Method :
Heat pot with 21/2 rice bowls of water until it boils. Add cabbage.
When cabbage is almost cooked, put prawn balls into the stock. Slow boil until prawns are cooked.
Add a little chicken flavor cube and salt to taste. Remove from heat.
Fry garlic in 3 tablespoons oil till light brown, dish out and put into the soup. Serve.
