Dissolve salt in 6-7 rice bowl of water by boiling. Stand for at least 24 hours.
Method :
Put eggs into a large pickling jar.
Strain the salt solution into the jar until all the eggs are completely covered. Cover the jar, leaving a small gap for circulation.
Store in a cool place for 18 days.
Test by removing and boiling an egg in hot water till cooked. Taste. If insufficiently salty, continue pickling.
