4 tablespoons light soy sauce
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoon sugar
4 tablespoons cider vinegar
4 tablespoons smooth peanut butter
3cm ginger, cut into fine strips
2 tablespoons sesame seeds, roasted and pounded coarsely
50g finely chopped spring onions
