Method :
Melt butter, then stir-fry the ground ingredients, star anise, cinnamon stick, salt and sugar till fragrant.
Gradually add the grated corn and milk. Bring to the boil, stirring occasionally.
Add in the rice. Pour enough water, then cook till almost all the water evaporates. Reduce the heat, cover then cook till the rice is done.
As soon as the rice is cooked, stir in the corn kernels and blackcurrants. Dish up and serve hot.
