Baked Big Prawns with Garlic Butter

4 big prawns, slit back and removed vein
2 tablespoon chopped garlic
1 tablespoon butter
dash of salt and chicken stock granule
Method :
Melt butter in wok, sauce garlic until fragrant. Add in salt and chicken stock granules and mix well. Dish up.
Place garlic butter onto the back of prawns. Arrange on wok, pour in 1/2 cup water, cover and cook until water is dry and prawns are cooked. Serve hot.
