Deep-fried Seafood Rolls

Ingredients :

150g fish paste
150g prawns (minced)
3 pieces nori sheet
1 large piece beancurd sheet
1 teaspoon chopped spring onion
1 teaspoon chopped red chili

Seasoning
3/4 teaspoon
1/4 teaspoon sesame oil
1/2 teaspoon MSG
1/4 teaspoon pepper
3/4 teaspoon corn flour

Dipping Sauce - (Combined all ingredients together in a bowl)
1 tablespoon mayonnaise
1 tablespoon wasabe
2 tablespoons chili sauce
1 tablespoon lime juice
sugar to taste
some toasted sesame seeds

Method :

Combine fish paste, prawns and seasoning in a big bowl. Stir in spring onion and red chili to blend.
Cut the beandcurd sheet into 13x18cm pieces. Cut nori sheet into 12x16cm pieces.
Spread some filling on the beancurd sheet. Place nori sheet on top. Spread with a thin layer of filling on the nori. Wrap up into a roll.
Deep-fry in hot oil till crispy and golden. Drain and cut into slices. Serve with dipping sauce.
