Fried White Pomfret

1 white pomfret (weight 500-600g)
1 tablespoon tapioca flour
3-4 small chillies (sliced)
1 teaspoon lime juice
2 tablespoon fish sauce
3 cup cooking oil
Method :
Clean fish
Slice both sides of the fish and mix thoroughly with flour.
Heat oil in frying pan, with medium heat. Once the oil heat up, fry fish until golden brown.
Dish up and drain the cooking oil.
Serve the fish with onions, small chilies, fish sauce and lime juice.
